World Book Day 2022

To celebrate World Book Day this year, children and staff were encouraged to dress up as their favourite book character. Certificates were given to all those who dressed up across the school, as well as a prize for best dressed book character from EYFS, KS1 and KS2. There was also a prize for the best dressed member of staff. Everyone dressed to impress! Assemblies were held where staff shared their favourite stories to the children and other activities took place throughout the day such as whole school peer reading, role model reading and a book swap shop.
