DAY 1:
Today year 5 arrived at Kench Hill in time for a lovely lunch. We were then taken on a stream walk where we saw lots of wildlife. We also had the opportunity to walk amongst cows and sheep. We are loving our first day!
DAY 2:
Today year 5 took part in a range of group activities. These included archery, bread making, gardening, eco art and meeting the guinea pigs. They were taught a range of skills and encouraged to demonstrate their great team work. This evening, they will have the opportunity to sit around the camp fire and share their thoughts and feelings about the trip so far.
DAY 3:
Today we travelled to Camber Sands beach. We were able to go for a swim, collect shells and build sand castles. We also took part in a circus workshop which involved spinning plates, diabolos, poi, and magic sticks. We had an amazing day.
DAY 4:
Today year 5 had the opportunity to visit the Rare Breed Centre. They saw and touched a range of animals. This evening the children will enjoy their last night by having a disco.
